Saving a TikTok video to your phone or computer should be one tap, but the default workflow has rough edges: the built-in Save video button stamps a watermark across every frame, screen recording loses quality, and most generic "online savers" are clogged with popups. This guide shows you the cleanest way to download TikTok videos in 2026 — without watermark, without signup, without installing anything.

Method 1: Use a free online TikTok downloader (recommended)

The fastest method, and the one that produces a clean MP4 with no watermark. We'll use tikovo.com — free, no account, works in any browser.

Steps

1. Open the TikTok app or website. Find the video you want to save.
2. Tap the Share icon (the arrow in the action stack on the right side of the video).
3. Tap Copy link. The URL is now on your clipboard.

Why no watermark?

When the TikTok app plays a video to you, it streams the original file from its CDN.
